About Us

Founded in 2006, Hopscotch Fitness has helped hundreds of people change their lives.

In 2015, we opened our first boutique studio in Burwood which offers Personal Training, Semi Private Training and Stretch Group Training, as well as Myotherapy and Remedial Massage.

In 2020, we opened a second studio to offer more Stretch Group Training and Online Personal Training.

In 2022, we moved into one bigger space to service the needs of our community, focusing on tailored and personalised training through 1on1 PT and Semi-private service. We are big believers on taking a holistic approach, offering myotherapy and remedial services to our clients in house while partnering up with some of the best naturopaths, physios, osteopaths and podiatrist we know.
