When it comes to ‘Personal Training’ at Hopscotch Fitness – we mean Personal. You won’t feel like another number, or be distracted by other clients or trainers on the floor. This is a session that is all about YOU, and what it will take to help you reach your ideal health & fitness goal.
Our private fitness studio in Burwood allows for a highly flexible and personalised approach to training. Our trainers create customised programs to suit your individual needs, ability and preferences.

Will the training be tailored to my fitness level?
Our initial assessment helps us to determine your:
- Current fitness levels
- Previous health and fitness history
- Your fitness goals
- And any injuries or niggles that we need to work with.
This allows us to create a base for your fitness plan and provide a personalised program that is flexible and customised especially for you.
Will there be other people training in the studio?
This allows you and your trainer to be completely focused on YOUR workout in a safe, non-intimidating space.
But of course, if you would prefer to work out in a small group of like-minded people, then check out our semi-private training sessions.
Can I train multiple times per week?
It is encouraged that you continue your training outside of our sessions in your own time. And our trainers will guide you on how much what to work on between your sessions with us.
Are there minimum commitments for Personal Training?
Whether you’re trying to lose weight, tone up, build muscle or get stronger, we find these options allow most people to make training a lifestyle change, as opposed to ‘something they tried’.
If you’re travelling, we’ll just need some notice and can either suspend your membership, or arrange makeup sessions before / after you trip.
Can you help with my nutrition?
If you need help with your nutrition, then we’re here to help! We provide a safe and encouraging space to assess your current food intake and work with you to align your nutrition with your training goals.
What do I need to bring to my personal training sessions?
- Water
- Towel
- Your workout clothes and shoes
- And an awesome can-do attitude! 🙂
