Day 4 is all about the shoulders and chest.
We start with focusing on releasing our tight chest muscles. We then move onto our shoulders, focusing on the rear deltoid (back of the shoulder) and the biceps 💪
Position and posture for these movements is important especially for the last exercise. Be mindful not to over stretch especially in your first session. Also, be extremely careful for those with hypermobile elbows not to over extend.
Shoulder health is so important! The next session will also help with increasing overhead range and movement. We’ll do this by releasing the tension that might affect your shoulders so stay tuned!
