Welcome to Day 3 of the 5 Day Focus!

Day 3 sees us focusing on our hips and those muscles attached in the lower body area.

We will mobilise the front of the hips, the hamstrings and the groins.

We will help you open up the hips to release the tension using the contract-relax method. We will also use dynamic stretches. This hip tension is accumulated from sitting or even standing all day. 

Completed these drills?! Some glute and core specific exercises will greatly benefit you as well.
