Welcome to Day 1 of the 5 Day Focus!

Today we will be focusing on our feet and ankles.

A massage ball of some sort is going to beneficial and a foam roller is a nice to have, but not a necessity.

Your feet are extremely important as they provide a lot of feedback to where you’re body is in space. This is very important for something as simple as balance i.e. not falling over!

Increasing your proprioception will help you greatly in life.

These mobility drills may improve the quality of you lower body exercises by increasing your ankle range.
