Welcome to Day 5 of the 5 Day Mini Challenge!

In today’s session we have two movement flows. In a nutshell, flows are a variety of movements strung together.

Really good and simple, it incorporates the whole body and will leave you feeling freer in the joints and it’ll knock out some of the tension in the muscles.

It’s also a strength workout as well, you’ll feel it as you go, trust us! You’ll definitely be feeling those muscles warm up as you go 💪
