Welcome to Day 4 of the 5 Day Mini Challenge!

Todays session is all about lower back and legs.

The three mobility drills in this video will help stretch the back of the legs (we’re talking calf and hamstring muscles) as well as in the back of the hip and the low back.

This is great combo of stretches for the lower body to get those joint moving smoothy again.
