Welcome to Day 3 of the 5 Day Mini Challenge!

Todays session is all about the spine! We want all the sections of our spine to be able to move well. 

We want to be able to bend our spine forwards and backwards, plus we want to be able to rotate well.

This video is going to go through three of our commonly used practices for getting that spine moving better.
