Todays session is all about glutes! Make sure you have a resistance band or microband handy for this session.

You have a whole team of glute muscles that need you attention! The exercises in the video go into various exercises which hit the different glute muscles.

Glutes are super important for hip stability. Fun fact, strong stable hips are very important for managing and reducing low back pain!
